Big Brother? No thank you
Alun AvatarIt’s that time of year again when a group of saddoes get locked inside a house and their every move is captured 24/7 on camera for an even bigger group of saddoes to enjoy.

Yup, Big Brother is back, and you can’t escape it. Channel 4 even kindly moved its extra channel E4 over onto Freeview so that an even greater number of saddoes with digital TVs can watch for free.

Which seems odd, as everything else seems designed to get as much money as possible out of these sad people. Who by the end of the series, will no doubt be poor sad people.

The very first series probably was an interesting social experiment - now it is just a desperate attempt by C4 to get some live sex on telly. Cameras everywhere, glass walls, even heat-seeking cameras to monitor goings-on under the bedsheets.

The contestants themselves are a mixed bunch, including two gays and a bisexual. If they want people to have sex, why not just use some vapid porn-star wannabes? And force them to live naked?

Yeti Olympics
Alun Avatar

Do you remember batting the penguin with your Yeti?  Now it’s time for the whole Yeti Olympics. Thanks to Kris for reminding me about this. I remeber the good old days of the penguin baseball game and imagine my surprise when it had turned into a whole olympics style event.

You can also find the events seperately at www.yetisports.org BTW.

What have you managed to score? I’ve really got into playing the golf game as it’s quite funny. but some of the later ones are really hard, the’ve introduced a few new events for the on-line users but I’m not sure I like them as much as the ’Traditional’ games....

Also this week...I’m not sure why, but I really like Star Wars Lego...its much better than you think it would be.
